Instagram post 2103574765290456454_16444405428 I've been mindset journalling for a few years now and find it's really helped me through a lot of things and I've learnt a lot about myself (+ others)
.
I decided to start this new account to document and share my love of journalling, stationery, scrapbooking, list making and bucket list adventures ✨

Instagram post 2105016159678932388_16444405428 💎 THREE WAYS TO PRACTICE GRATITUDE DAILY
.
✖ The Morning 5
This is perfect if the first thing you do every morning is reach out for your phone, you are short on time or you don't have the energy to journal in the morning. Open your notes app and write down the first 5 things you are grateful for. Don't think too much into it, just write! At the end of the week, you can look back at all the things you have acknowledged and reflect on how the little things bring good to your life
.
✖ Sending notes of appreciation to friends and loved ones
I love writing letters and cards and there's nothing better than showing gratitude to the people you love by spending the time to write them a handwritten note. It doesn't have to be elaborate, just something to show them that you appreciate that they are in your life and everything they have done for you. Plus, who doesn't like a nice card or letter being sent to you?!
.
✖ Reflecting on your daily wins in the shower
Bath time is the best time to truly reflect on your day. It's a time when you're alone with your thoughts. Think about the great parts of your day and what made it successful ♥️
.
How do you practice gratitude? Let me know in the comments below 💎
